Q. I’m interested in your training packages. How do they work?
A. Our solutions are aimed at corporate and individual clients who are following a particular certification or self-study schedule. We do not deliver full, online courses. We aim at providing you, the individual with the tools and mentoring to walk you through your chosen study program - in a bid to achieve your certification goals in the strongest and most direct manor. Through a combination of remote mentoring, progressive testing, live, hands on labs, supporting study documents via our e-library, video conferencing and exchanging ideas with our free e-forum, we believe this will give you the tools and direction to succeed in achieving your goals.
Q. So, what’s included?
A. This varies between individuals and all depends on individual needs. Typically, free access to our e-forum, then, depending on your subscription level you may receive access to resources such as access to our e-library, video conferencing, live lab access, online e-book and video content access from top publishers such as O-Rielly, Cisco® Press, Pearson and interactive progressive learning and exam readiness testing.
Q. What is your Virtual Learning Environment ?
A. Our VLE is a virtual online school which can be highly tailored to your own operations. It's 100% private and will allow you to very quickly transform your own learning operation online and add a much higher availability and flexibility to your services. It's a must for special needs and for pupils with travel issues or where they cannot attend the classroom. In a nutshell, it gives you a virtual school full of your own personalized classrooms and e-materials / video / video conferencing features so please contact us for a demonstration. Q. How does your Virtual Learning Environment work ?
A. Our VLE is dynamic and will allow you to have your very own private learning environment. You can create your own classrooms, upload your own content, either video, multimedia, audio or PDF format and create your own exams and deliver them, either in a learning or real live exam environment. We also have online virtual video conferencing, either per class or, on a scheduled basis. You can nominate teachers who can then manage your own classes. Q. What are your corporate options?
A. Our corporate options are designed to offer and end to end approach to learning and certification training. Through our Virtual Learning Environment, our solutions are designed to give a company a global training solution without staff having to spend time away from the workplace. This helps to maximize company resources and educate staff to provide a greater professional service to their clients as a whole. It also offers a considerable saving on their overall training budget.
Q. I can’t afford the time to take time off work to attend an instructor-led course. Would this be a better option for me?

Our products are designed to work with you, the individual on a self-paced basis allowing you to maximize your study time and realize your study goals. Our resources can be accessed 24/7 from your home with no need to spend time away from the home or workplace. Also, we can deliver on-site training, written and designed solely around your own requirements.
Q. Are all your training staff certified?
A. Yes, to offer any form of professional training we will ensure that all of our mentors are certified from CCNA™ up to full the CCIE Lab Status. We guarantee the guidance that you receive will be that of the same level that you are studying for.
Q. In regards to the hands-on element of IT networking courses, what is the access availability of your live lab racks?
A. Our lab racks are available 24/7 via the internet. Depending on your study program you will either have scheduled, or dedicated lab access. Access is via secure telnet, either from our site, or, direct from your desktop.
Q. Do I have to book fixed timeslots? I’ve seen that with other vendors that I have to book fixed eight hour slots which start at fixed times which I find inconvenient and don’t fit with my schedule. Hence I loose a lot of time and money.
A. This is a common question. We offer variable length slots to help fit in with your schedule. For example, our sessions range from two hours to a maximum of 8 hours per booking. You can choose the start time and sessions can be booked up to one hour before you start, subject to availability of course. This maximizes your time online with us and cuts down on wasted hours – saving you not only valuable study time but money too.
Q. I’m still not 100 percent certain. Could you put me in touch with other students who can tell me first hand what your service is like and how well it operates?
